As the new 2007 season approaches, we would like to inform you of some of our many services, as well as a few reminders and changes to our policies. Besides General Maintenance and Lawn Care, D. Romeo Landscaping provides many services, including the following:

1. Ø1 Landscape Design. Prime time for planting is in the spring, or early fall. Please call as early as possible for estimates!
2. Drainage Systems
3. Retaining walls
4. Brick Paving (Patios, walkways, steps)
5. Landscape Lighting
6. Lawn Renovations (Seeding, sod installation, grading, etc.)
7. Cleanups and land clearings
8. Aeration (Aeration is recommended to be done 1-2 times per year. The prime time to aerate the lawn would be in the early spring, or early fall.)
9. Lawn and shrub applications (We offer a variety of different treatment programs, using only top quality products. Please call for more information.)
10. Shrub Pruning

Please call for estimates as early as possible- estimate appointments and jobs book up quickly!

Billing Policies

REMINDER: Our Monthly maintenance charges are a set price for the whole month. We do not charge based on the number of visits.

PLEASE NOTE: If gas prices go above $2.50 per gallon, we will have to charge a $3.00 surcharge per month to keep up with the rising fuel costs. There will be no surcharge if the prices stay under $2.50.

****You will receive your monthly bill in the first week of the following month.****

Bills are due within 30 days on receipt of your bill. Late charges may be applied if you do not send in payment in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or concerns about your bill.

REMINDER: If you would like to cancel service, you need to do so by the 15th of the month, or you will be charged for the whole month. If you move, it is your responsibility to cancel service and/or let us know when to stop service.

Maintenance and Fall Cleanup Policies

REMINDER: We usually service your house on the same day every week. However, this is not guaranteed. If we experience inclement weather, we will resume service on the next available day. Depending on the weather, we may have to skip some houses for the week in order to get back on schedule-we will not skip the same houses every time we have inclement weather.

REMINDER: During the leaf cleanup in November, we will be at your house approximately 3 times, rather than weekly. This is due to numerous reasons, including the weather, the rate of the leaves dropping, and the extra hours it takes to clean the lawn compared to a normal maintenance visit. Please do not hesitate to call us with ANY questions or concerns you may have. D.
